Timber Time

These were taken way back on Mother's Day!  I'm catching up on posts before school starts :).  I think this one got 'lost' after I posted this one from Mother's Day.

We spent some time in the timber, when it was not raining, in late Spring.  And, we're starting to again now that it is finally cooling off a bit and isn't as hot and humid as it has been since mid June.  Mom and Dad Sauder take really good care of it mowing it and such.  They've even been working on making trails to walk, run, hike.  It's a nice place to hang out together and work together when the weather cooperates.

Great Aunt Helen and Kerrigan
The kids love their Aunt Helen and look forward to the days she teaches them art

playing a little baseball
Love that Great Grandpa and Grandpa played, too!

the Buddy :)

Swinging on the tree swing
Love their faces

Doug's turn

Kerrigan didn't like it :(
It's harder for her, because her little legs don't wrap around so easily to hang on

Little Brown Monkey
Our kids LOVE this book and Great Grandma reads it to them every time they see her ! (I think that's why they love it)
They even exclaimed 'Little Brown Monkey!' when they saw this picture :)
