Mixed Gourmet Lettuce and Baby Spinach
This is how they looked a few days ago. They grow fast when the sun comes out! The fun part is that they'll make more since we just picked the leaves. I only like gardens that keep producing. To pick the whole head of lettuce would be hard for me :).

Love it!! We're going to be doing this at our new house. We have NO excuses now that we'll live on a whole acre of land :)
